Before diving into the specifics, I'd like to mention that Kelsey Smith Photography is a one-person operation – it's just me! I'm still learning and finding my way in this business. Your patience and understanding are truly appreciated as I do my best to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for everyone.

  1. Photo Books:

    • If you receive a photo book that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact me within 14 days of receiving the order. I will either replace the item at no additional cost or refund your purchase.

    • If you are unhappy with the quality of the product, please reach out within 14 days. I'll review the concern and, if deemed valid, offer a replacement or refund.

    • All returned photo books must be in their original condition and packaging.

  2. Apparel (Powered by Printful):

    • I adhere to Printful’s return policy for all apparel items. Details can be found on their official website. If you need assistance, please get in touch, and I'll help guide you through the process.

    • As a general guideline, any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.

  3. Prints (Powered by Printique):

    • For products sourced from Printique, I follow their return policy. You can refer to Printique’s official website for detailed information on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

    • Please reach out to me first, and I'll assist you with the return process with Printique.

  4. Digital Downloads:

    • All sales for digital downloads are final. I do not accept returns or offer refunds for digital products once they have been downloaded. Please ensure you choose your digital downloads carefully before purchasing.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact me with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. I'll provide instructions on how to return the item(s).

  3. Once I receive the returned item(s) and confirm that they meet the return conditions, I'll process your refund or exchange as applicable.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or a mistake was made on my end.
