About the Photographer — Macon, Georgia

Kelsey Smith

Based in Macon, Georgia, I’m a film photographer shooting primarily on a Leica M6 with Lomography 800. I photograph weddings, documentary stories, and personal work across Georgia, South Carolina, and the Southeast, with a focus on honest, in-between moments.

I believe in capturing the quiet, honest moments that reveal who we truly are. My work is rooted in childhood nostalgia, fleeting youth, the passage of time, quiet societal shifts, and the spaces between moments. “Timeless and fleeting, mundane yet profound.”

“In search of turning the ordinary into something extraordinary.”
